From its humble beginnings, Alba Veritas has grown into a corporation encompassing a range of social and business projects, all focused on creating positive change. Over the years, Alba Veritas has expanded into various sectors, including construction, jewellery manufacturing, IT development, international trade, environmental initiatives, and financial services. Recently, the corporation has also ventured into renewable energy, with a focus on reducing carbon emissions through solar energy and hydrogen solutions for storing electricity at night and using it when needed. Alba Veritas is also exploring the collection, use, and transfer of atmospheric or ether energy.
Our founder and CEO, Vitaliy Astakhov, has been instrumental in shaping the corporation’s success.
Born in Odessa, Ukraine, in 1982, Vitaliy has a deep academic background, holding three master’s degrees in International Relations, Management of Foreign Economic Activity, and Jurisprudence. He is also speaks six languages: Ukrainian, Russian, German, English, Arabic, and Turkish.
With over a decade of experience in the banking sector, Vitaliy has held leadership positions ranging from the Head of Operations Management to a member of a Bank’s Supervisory Board. His journey extends beyond finance - he studied jewellery design at the Odessa Jewellery Academy and is a passionate advocate for environmental protection and the development of youth sports.
In 2020, Vitaliy was honoured with the prestigious Person of the Year - Manager of the Year award for his visionary work in attracting foreign investment to Ukraine and providing access to affordable financial services without intermediaries. His commitment to social progress is evident in the innovative online services he has created, which continue to open new pathways for growth and opportunity.
