Vitaliy Astakhov is a highly educated and multilingual professional, holding three master’s degrees in International Relations, Management of Foreign Economic Activity, and Jurisprudence from the prestigious National Mechnikov University and Philip Orlyk International University. A lifelong learner, Vitaliy continues to expand his expertise by pursuing studies in Accounting and Gemmology in England and Switzerland. These studies further his understanding of global trends, regulations, and values, allowing him to stay ahead of emerging developments.

He speaks six languages: Ukrainian, Russian, German, English, Arabic, and Turkish. His early academic achievements include defending a Sprach Diploma in 1998 on the then-novel topic of "Information Technologies in Our Life and Information Shock," showcasing his forward-thinking approach.

Vitaliy’s career began in the banking sector, where he accumulated over a decade of experience, advancing from entry-level roles to the Supervisory Board. His leadership positions included roles such as Head of Operations Management, Advisor, and Deputy Chairman of the Board. This strong foundation in finance led him to transition into private business, where he has founded, managed, and expanded a diverse portfolio of ventures.

Alba Veritas Corporation, under his leadership, has grown to encompass businesses in a wide range of sectors, including banking, insurance, jewellery, appraisal, agriculture, IT, tourism, construction, pharmaceuticals, catering, medical services, trade, import-export, consulting, media, nightclubs, manufacturing, and investments.

One of the corporation’s latest areas of focus is renewable energy, with projects aimed at reducing carbon emissions through solar energy, hydrogen solutions for energy storage, and the exploration of atmospheric and ether energy collection and transfer. These efforts complement Alba Veritas’s established interests in construction, IT development, international trade, environmental initiatives, and financial services.

An enthusiast of outdoor activities and water sports, Vitaliy has earned numerous awards in Russian billiards competitions. A seasoned traveler, he has visited nearly 100 countries, fuelling his deep commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development. He is also a staunch supporter of children's sports, working to provide opportunities for young athletes.

Vitaliy is a strong supporter of social initiatives and actively volunteers to fulfil his part of social responsibility. His efforts extend to the development of golf courses in Ukraine as a charitable activity aimed at rehabilitating those injured by the war. Known for his unwavering commitment to truth and justice, he often prioritises principles over economics. In 2010, he founded the public organisation "To Promote Economic Reforms and Protect Entrepreneurship", where he continues to be an active participant in anti-corruption initiatives.

Today, Vitaliy’s focus remains on expanding Alba Veritas’s work across sectors such as finance, jewellery, IT, and construction. He is also heavily invested in social projects that align with his values of integrity, justice, and community support. Vitaliy continues to attract foreign investment into Ukraine, driving growth in sectors that often go overlooked by traditional authorities or entrepreneurs.

His dedication to developing ecological infrastructure, parks, and nature has made a lasting impact on his home region, where he champions sustainable growth and environmental preservation.
